Titill erindis er A-subjectivity in Pregnancy
In the recently published anthology Phenomenology of Pregnancy, (eds. Jonna Bornemark and Nicholas Smith) we explore how the philosophy of subjectivity, intersubjectivity, ethics etc. is transformed by taking experiences of pregnancy and child-birth into account. In my contribution I explore how pre-subjectivity and a-subjectivity are touched upon by the foetus and the pregnant woman. I suggests that these experiences are deeply intertwined with our understanding of life and changes our understanding of subjectivity.
