Anna Karin Sandal, assistant professor at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL), Campus Sogndal will give a lecture about: vocational education and training (VET).
Abstract: This presentation reports from a qualitative study of 15-year old students’ transition from compulsory school to vocational programmes in the upper secondary school in Norway. The presentation focuses on students’ reasoning of their choice of vocational education, giving voice to their own stories about the choice and the transition processes.
The lecture will be held in English and is open to everyone
