RNA seq analyses: Kallisto and Sleuth

Páll Melsted assistant Professor in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science in the School of Engineering and Natural Sciences at University of Iceland will present work on programs used to analyze RNA sequencing and DNA data.

Kallisto and Sleuth were developed in collaboration with Lior Pachter and his group at University of Berkeley.
